How to Share Large Folders Online Securely

A useful folder transfer keeps project structure understandable. Flattening every file into one list creates duplicate-name conflicts and forces recipients to reconstruct context after download.

Preserve the hierarchy recipients need

Select or drag the top-level folder so relative paths are captured with each file. Nexynto groups those paths in the sender workspace, recipient browser, folder ZIP, and Download All archive.

Files with the same name can coexist when their folder paths differ. A duplicate at the exact same path is rejected to prevent ambiguous output.

  • Use clear top-level folder names.
  • Remove temporary and duplicate files before upload.
  • Check the displayed file count and total size against configured limits.

Choose how recipients can download

Download All is the clearest option for someone who needs the complete project. Folder ZIP downloads help when responsibilities are divided, while individual downloads avoid retrieving unnecessary files.

Supported PDFs, images, and text files can be previewed after authorization without exposing raw storage addresses.

Put the workflow into practice

Arrange source documents, select the pages you need, and create one PDF locally in your browser. Review the result before choosing any optional next step.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you merge

Will empty folders be included?

No. Browser folder selection supplies files and their paths; empty folders do not contain an uploadable object.

Does Download All keep nested folders?

Yes. The generated ZIP preserves safe relative paths.
