Frequently asked questions

How do I send large files?+

Add files or a folder, set access and expiry, then create one secure link. The configured transfer limit is shown inside the command center.

Can I send folders?+

Yes. Select or drag a folder and its nested paths remain intact for the recipient and Download All ZIP.

How long do links stay active?+

Choose 1, 3, 7, or 14 days. The server blocks access as soon as the transfer expires.

Can I password-protect a transfer?+

Yes. The password is hashed on the server and is never stored in browser history.

Can I limit downloads?+

Yes. Set unlimited, one-time access, 5, 10, or a custom enforced limit.

Can I revoke access?+

Yes. The browser that created a transfer keeps its management control locally and can revoke it immediately.

Can recipients preview files?+

Recipients can preview supported PDFs, images, and plain-text files after access checks pass.

Do recipients need an account?+

No. A recipient opens the link and, when required, enters the password supplied by the sender.

Where are files stored?+

Files are kept in configured isolated transfer storage until expiry or revocation cleanup.

Can I resume an interrupted upload?+

Safe retry is available now. True multipart resume appears only when the active storage provider supports it.

Ready to send with control?

Set access, expiry and download rules before a single file leaves your browser.
