Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Nexynto Tools, a document productivity product by Nexynto Technologies. The final contracting legal entity and governing-law language require management and legal confirmation.

By using a tool, you ask the service to perform the selected workflow under these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You may use the service only for files and activities you are authorized to process. You must follow applicable law and respect intellectual-property, privacy and confidentiality rights.

• Do not upload unlawful, malicious or unauthorized content.
• Do not attempt to bypass passwords, access controls, rate limits or service safeguards.
• Do not use Transfer links to distribute harmful content or misrepresent recipient authorization.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe systems without authorization, or automate abusive request volumes.

You retain responsibility for your files, instructions and outputs. Keep an authoritative backup and review every result before replacing a source document, sharing it, signing it, or relying on it.

Document conversion can change layout, fonts, structure, accessibility, metadata, formulas, annotations, signatures or other features. A successful download does not prove fidelity or suitability for a particular purpose.

Tools may be changed, limited, interrupted, unavailable or retired. File limits and supported formats can vary by browser, device, deployment and configured backend capability. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, guaranteed conversion fidelity or recovery of damaged data.

Security, privacy and deletion depend on the processing mode and operating environment. Review each tool’s disclosure before handling sensitive material.

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsupported by the source. Citations and evidence views can help review an answer but do not eliminate error.

Verify important output with the source and a qualified person before making employment, legal, financial, medical, security or other consequential decisions. Do not use automated suggestions as the sole basis for such decisions.

Some workflows depend on hosting, analytics, conversion or AI providers. Their availability and processing terms may affect the feature. Confirmed integrations and unresolved deployment-provider gaps are listed on the Subprocessors page.

Nexynto branding, site design and service software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant rights to use branding outside ordinary identification of the product.

You confirm that processing your submitted content does not violate another person’s rights.

Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse, security, operational or legal risk. Temporary files or transfers can also expire under the selected workflow.

These terms may change when the product or applicable requirements change. A revised version will use a static effective date. Continued use after publication of revised terms may be subject to the revised version where legally effective.

No governing law, venue, arbitration clause, legal-entity suffix, warranty formula, statutory-rights treatment or liability cap is supplied because repository evidence does not establish those decisions. Counsel and management must approve them before publication as binding terms.
